Pretty straightforward to set up. Seems to work as advertised. Customer support from Ben was very helpful in answering a few questions.

We've just started using the Product Options & Customizer app, but so far it has done everything we've needed! As an added bonus, the support team has been very responsive and has helped our non-techie team get things up and running smoohtly.
