5 stars for their support. They are extremely responsive to any questions you might have. As they grow, I would like to see them become a bit more robust in their offerings - specifically in their offerings of strategy for fledgling companies. Also, not sure about the reporting. It never seemed to be perfectly on point. The email open/clicks/conversions seemed to be ok...but the other reporting didn't always make sense. Other than that, a great affordable way to keep all your marketing in one place Thank you

A product is only as good as it's support...and these guys really are the best around. The product works really really well for our needs compared to other options out there, but their stellar support is what sold us on it. VERY IMPRESSIVE guys...keep it up!
