Sehr gute App wenn mehr Optionen notwendig sind. Leider gibt es Probleme mit dem Preis, wenn man die gesamte Auswahl über die App anlegt z.B. Option 1, Option 2 usw...dann wird auf der Website im Shop als Produktpreis 0€ angezeigt. Hier müsste noch etwas geändert werden. Danke für das Feedback. Bezüglich dem Preis; wir empfehlen, direkt auf dem Shopify Produkt einen Basispreis zu setzen, es können weiterhin alle Optionen in der App definiert werden, die App hat eine Einstellung, um nur die differenz für den finalen Preis zu berechnen. Unter Einstellungen > Theme Einstellungen > "Deduct variant price from options price" Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir gerne via den Support Button in der App zur Verfügung.
We use the app at the moment, but it is unsure if we stay at the app. 1. The language settings are only included in a upgrade, that makes the app too expensive for small shops, like us. 2. The sender of the info mail (Product is on stock again) is a Mail adresse of Stoq company, no the one of you shop, even with Stoq logo. We only need this function, therefore the app is too expensive if you need not all functions. Furthermore we have just 10 Mails per month, that would mean, that one mail is 1USD. Too many limitations at the free version.

Hey there! Thanks for writing a review. I greatly appreciate it. I completely understand that it's important to have more features available for free and we do our best to provide a generous free plan to merchants every year. However, there are costs associated with some products and features that we need to account for, so that's why some features are paid. I do also want to clarify some of the comments in your review - 1. The default email address is from STOQ, but you can change this anytime from the app's dashboard on any paid plan. 2. The basic $10/mo paid plan gives you access to almost all paid features. You won't need to upgrade for a very long time. 3. All plans include preorders and back-in-stock alerts—two apps for the price of one! 4. And finally, the $10/month plan gives you 1,000 alerts and 100 preorders. That means the effective cost of a back-in-stock alert is less than $0.01 per alert. :) As the founder, my goal is to help every merchant - no matter their size - get the most value out of our app. I've reached out to you via email to figure out how I can do my best for you.
