Very helpful and easy to understand for a no tech person like me

I cannot say enough great things about the support I received from Jemuel! I was facing some issues with my Shopify store and the Loox integration, and honestly, I was feeling pretty stuck. Not only he was professional, but he also took the time to understand the specifics of my problem. His patience and attention to detail were truly above and beyond. Thanks to Jemuel, my Shopify store is back on track, and the Loox integration is working flawlessly. I’m so grateful for his expertise and prompt assistance. If you’re lucky enough to have Jemuel helping you, know that you’re in excellent hands! Highly recommend his support—thank you, Jemuel!

Great app, and has great customer service, Specially Kristina, very clear and fast answers. When you are new and don't know how to start she helps me a lot, with good examples and ideas on how to do it better.
