We've been quite happy with Essential Preorder. It's simple to set up and does exactly what we need. It makes it easy to offer products for preorder, clearly communicate expected availability to customers, and manage preorder settings without adding unnecessary complexity. It integrates well with our storefront, the interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we have needed assistance. We'd definitely recommend!

So far so good. I seem to get all of the support I need, and I like customisability of the widgets.
