Omnisend: A Game-Changer for Email Marketing I recently started using Omnisend, and I must say, it has completely transformed the way I handle my email marketing campaigns. I am more than happy to give it a 5-star review! User-Friendly Interface From the moment I logged in, I was impressed by the intuitive and user-friendly interface. Even if you're not a tech wizard, Omnisend makes it easy to navigate through its features and set up campaigns in no time. The drag-and-drop email builder is a dream come true, allowing customization with ease and precision. Powerful Features Omnisend offers a comprehensive suite of features that cater to all my marketing needs. The automation tools are particularly impressive, enabling me to create personalized customer journeys with minimal effort. The segmentation and targeting capabilities ensure that my messages reach the right audience at the right time, maximizing engagement and conversion rates. Seamless Integration Another standout aspect of Omnisend is its seamless integration with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce. This integration allows for easy synchronization of customer data, ensuring that my marketing efforts are always aligned with my sales objectives. Exceptional Customer Support Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, the Omnisend support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and it has made my experience with their platform even more enjoyable. Value for Money Finally, Omnisend offers excellent value for money. The pricing plans are competitive and scalable, making it an ideal choice for businesses of all sizes. Given the robust features and ease of use, it's a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about enhancing their email marketing efforts. In summary, Omnisend has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's an indispensable tool for anyone looking to elevate their marketing strategy. I highly recommend it to other marketers and business owners who want to see real results! Salma was a fantastic help and sorted the issues that we had quickly. Updated July 2026: I've spent a month messing about with custom events that just don't work, going around and around in circles, with support telling me the same thing over and over again, yet it never works and the documentation/support articles are nonsense. This follows issues with the product recommender not updating product images - we pay extra each month for the product recommender feature, yet it's not been working properly, displaying old product images over a year old to customers. I had to argue for weeks to get it resolved, and have I got a refund for something I've been paying for that hasn't been working? Nope. I'm getting really annoyed with Omnisend's declining service. Things don't work, you then have to argue to get them looked at properly and it takes weeks to resolve. It's a huge waste of my time. Things are definitely not as good as they used to be. These are just two examples of things that don't work, there are more. Updated July 30th 2026. Support has become a joke. Not only did I have to argue with support over a couple of weeks because the product recommender (a feature we pay about £45 a month for) was showing old product images to people and nobody would listen to me, but I've now spent 4 weeks arguign with support that custom events, which have a 202 accepted status (which means they work), don't register on Omnisend. I keep getting sent links to help articles that are out of date, nobody will listen to me. Different people in support keep sending the same standard response and won't listen to me. I am sick to death of Omnisend and the downfall in their support levels - as other recent reviews also say. So I am changing this review and looking at Klaviyo. Omnisend support has become a joke. There is too much emphasis on releasing new features that they can charge extra for and not enough emphasis on looking at broken things or listening to the customer when the customer says something is broken. Support response times have gone from being immediate to a few hours or even the next day, and then the support is crap and they close tickets when they can't resolve something. Reading through recent reviews I'm not the only one who thinks this. Times up for Omnisend.

Wow, what an incredible review! 🙌 We're so glad to hear that Omnisend has made such a strong impact on your email marketing. From ease of use to automation and integration, it's great to know the platform is checking all the right boxes for you. And we're especially happy to hear that our support team, and Salma in particular, made your experience even better. Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for the glowing recommendation. We’re excited to keep supporting your success! Update: We hear you, and we appreciate you being upfront about this. The issues with custom events and the product recommender, especially given the extra cost involved, should have been handled faster and more effectively. Our team is working on it and we want to make sure this gets fully resolved for you.
We've been looking for a bundle app for a 'Shop the Look' feature for our menswear store for some time, but we were previously unable to find one that could handle multiple variations or forex or display the bundle within a product page (so that you could get the bundles onto collection pages and into product filters). Having used Bundlesuite for a few days, we've managed to get this up and running, without any issues, and we can also adjust the css to make it look like part of our actual store, rather than an app add-on, which is in line with our branding as a higher-end fashion retailer.
The most shocking of all the social media sites. This app will snatch product data from your store, and send it to Tik Tok Seller Centre, when you did not request it to do so. Tik Tok will then prevent you from ever permanently deleting anything, which is a breach of copyright and trademark laws. Most of the things on this app don't work in on the Shopify admin system, so you end up having to log into Tik Tok Seller Centre. Tik Tok Seller Centre is a nightmare to use. It is poorly designed, doesn't sync inventory properly (which causes violations). Our store was then banned, after the stupid app synchronised everything in our store, causing mass violations, so we hit milestones and were banned. Support is pointless, they won't help. Everything is reviewed by AI, which barely works. Of all the social media channels and 'shops' or 'marketplaces', Tik Tik is by far the worst. It is super complicated, operated by AI that simply doesn't work, littered with issues, the appeals process is a joke, things don't synchronise properly, they steal your data and content, they misuse your trademark, their fees to sell in their shop are a joke, they live on a different planet when it comes to writing product descriptions because the template is so poorly designed, you're lucky if you can even sign in sometimes because security of the account also seems to be a joke, they will bloat your 'session' figures on Shopify because those busy AI bots are constantly checking prices, they make stupid suggestions like 'discount this by 30%', they charge fees to use your own shipping service (!), they allow people to sell counterfeits of your own products and do nothing when you complain, instead issuing you with violation tickets. I could go on and on and on. It is a disgraceful platform. When this stupid app syncs all your products, without permission, causing multiple violations, you then get put into a probation period so you can only sell 100 products. Which is a nightmare to then manage. You only come out of probation when you sell a certain level of products - which is impossible, as others have noted - you can't sell products if you are limited to having 100 available! Which idiot at TikTok made up this policy? Every policy is idiotic, poorly thought out. You are bombarded with policies. TikTok behaves like it is the only platform in the world you can sell on - unbelievably arrogant, unbelievable fees for every little things. Just remember - it's your business, not TikToks. You don't have to be told how to run your own business by TikTok, nor have TikTok extort silly fees out of you for using your own shipping service rather than their fulfilment. Take a look behind you and run as fast as you possibly can in that opposite direction, rather than destroying your business and your life with TikTok. Seriously, even Amazon is easier to use.
We set up the app, it synchronised every product and then our Commerce account got banned on Facebook. Permanently banned. 14 years of work down the drain!
We migrated from the nightmare of WooCommerce and their pathetic Subscription plugin a couple of weeks ago. We actually moved the entire business to Shopify. It took one person about a week to migrate our subscription service (to design the subscription plans and product pages, migrate the data, and go through all the settings), which is pretty fast - and it was a lot easier and faster than WooCommerce, even though WC only has about 20% of the features of this app. Prior to deciding on a subscription app, I contacted PayWhirl and Recharge with some questions. PayWhirl never responded so they were dropped from the list. Recharge could only be contacted by chat and at odd times for us in the UK, so I gave up. Appstle were the only app to immediately contact us and set up a meeting to show us their app and go through all our questions. The only app prepared to do this so I knew they were confident enough in their product. We got a little stuck with migrating some subscriptions from Stripe but this was due to those customers having a payment method wrapped up in Stripe Link. We had to contact those customers individually to manually set up their subscriptions again. This was a pain but it's not Appstle's fault. It's Stripe and their Link payment method, and if Stripe hadn't made it impossible to transfer Stripe Link payments, Stripe would have kept the business, so Stripe rather shot themselves in the foot. We managed to literally tailor everything to our service with Appstle. The customer portal, e-mails, language and labels match our branding. It works with our multi-currency. We needed to add the widget to the quick buy feature on our website, which they did for us in about 2 minutes. We got a little confused with linking the customer portal on the app to customer accounts on Shopify, which they helped us with. As some people have said, it's a little daunting at first, but that's because there are a lot of features and you can tailor pretty much everything to your service. If you don't know, just ask them and it will get resolved quickly. But there are also a lot of tutorials, help and support. Take the time to go through everything - as I said, it took us a week to do absolutely everything, which is fast. We migrated our whole business to Shopify, and our subscriptions increased about 7% in the first week, without any marketing, which proves that Appstle is far easier for customers to use. But above all, I cannot fault the support. With WooCommerce, we used to get a standard response for every inquiry, which was "well it must be the fault of another plugin, turn everything off and back on". This drove me mad for about 6 years. In comparison, Appstle are online immediately, don't blame anyone else, they help you and actually resolve your inquiries there are then. A very welcome change. As a result, when we have built the subscription numbers a little, I'll be trying the top Enterprise plan. I actually think Appstle should charge a small commission on subscriptions because our interests are then aligned (ie maximizing revenue) and given their good support, which in turn helps increase our revenue, they would deserve the commission.
