I tried probably 10 different shopping cart apps, and iCart is the BEST one I've found. This app provides all the design customizations of other apps, as well as functionality (such as cart amount thresholds to show specific collections of product recommendations) that are not available on other apps I tested out. Also, they have excellent customer support, with the ability to schedule a live call pretty much immediately. Highly recommend iCart, if you're looking for a way to add seamless, high-converting cart to your Shopify store!

99minds solves so many retailer problems, it's like you're getting five apps for the price of one! The loyalty program, coupons, and giftcards all integrate seamlessly with Shopify AND my brick and mortar point of sale system, Heartland Retail. (If you've ever dealt with customer confusion regarding in-store vs. online giftcards, points, or coupons, you know what an actual MIRACLE this is!) I was also able to work directly with the company's CEO, Pravin (who is AWESOME) to create a customized, tiered loyalty program, that engages new shoppers, while also rewarding my best customers. Whether via text message, email, or Zoom, Pravin is always available to help troubleshoot and answer all my questions--you can't ask for better customer service! Install this app, immediately! You won't regret it! Thank you Elissa for your feedback and we appreciate it. It motivate us to do better.
Fera has the BEST apps, and INSANELY good customer service! They answer they're chat immediately at all hours of the day, and whenever I've had an issue making something look how I want, they fix it in minutes! Highly recommend this app--and I've tried LOTS!
