The Lather Shack Soap Co

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad to be a part of your store’s ecosystem and support you in your growth.

Hi The Lather Shack Soap Co team, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and share your experience with our Frequently Bought Together app. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us understand where we can improve. We’re sorry to hear that the setup process was not as straightforward as expected. Our goal is always to make installation and configuration as smooth as possible, so it’s disappointing to learn that this wasn’t your experience. We also noticed that the app was uninstalled shortly after installation, and we weren’t able to connect with you during that time to offer assistance. Our support team is available 24/7, and we’re always happy to step in early—whether it’s setup guidance, configuration support, or helping with design compatibility—so everything works as intended in your store. We’ve already had a few messages sent from our team, and we’d still really value the opportunity to connect with you directly. If you’re open to it, we’d be glad to walk you through the setup step-by-step or review your store configuration to ensure everything is working correctly. If you prefer, we can also do this over a call or through an online meeting—just let us know and we’ll be more than willing to accommodate a time that works best for you. When you have a moment, please reply to our email so we can continue assisting you and help get everything properly set up. We genuinely appreciate your time and feedback, and we’d welcome the chance to support you further. Hoping to hear from you soon! Kind regards, The Code Black Belt Team
