We are truly sorry this experience left you feeling exploited. That's not who we are, and understand why trust was broken. There was a breakdown in documentation during your transition that we should have caught earlier (thats on us). We can see our attempts to resolve it didn't feel like enough or come soon enough. If you're willing to talk, our account team is here to listen and see if there's a path forward together.
