Don’t be fooled by the “onboarding” staff that want to convince you to sign up for payroll. Trying to get help with issues or corrections is virtually impossible. They will not speak with you on the telephone, nor will they even provide emails for contact. We have been waiting for almost 6 months for corrected W2s for our employees. Each time is is incorrect, they want to charge more money and add and additional 4-6 weeks for corrections. If you use the free version for time clock, etc. you may be safe. DO NOT USE HOMEBASE FOR PAYROLL OR TAX PURPOSES.

So easy to use! We have received several reviews and I love that they post to our page directly for customers to see. Their support team is amazing. Alway responsive and easy to reach. I love using the chat function! Highly recommend!
