Subscription app works great. I seldom have problems or questions but when I do they respond immediately and things fixed fast.

Wow, thank you so much for this amazing review :) We are incredibly happy to hear that you like the app and that we were able to help you :) Stay amazing!
Packing list should not have price information on it. Copy and past old templates does not carry everything over.

Hey there! Thanks for your review. I'm pleased to let you know we've removed the prices from the packing slip. If you still see them on your end, I suggest creating a support ticket through our Help Center (https://shopify.link/WJna), so our support team can investigate. As for the templates, I'll make sure to pass your feedback along to our development team. Thanks! -Summer, Shopify Support
Awesome fast attentive support. Five Star Service. Support is the absolute necessity when considering an app. Good set of enabling tools for visitors to adjust the look of your site to be more readable for the vision impaired. Lacks a reader/read out loud read function like a competitor has But pluses are that the suite of tools is more comprehensive and it offers really good customization features. It Installed with no problems and now after full operation for nearly 2 weeks I know I can recommend this app to anyone who wants to add another dimension of access and customer service to their site. I do not like that there is no automatic monthly billing like with the other apps have installed. You can purchase for a year for convenience, but the cost is higher.
I bought this app to add upfront transparency to the cart. Looks good. Been on my site for months now. No feedback from customers, but I like the idea of it and how it works.
