Great app for notifying customers of new product arrivals. Everytime I've needed to reach out to their customer servive, they have been so helpful in assisting me. Shout out to Aaron for his excellent help today!

Aaron will be thrilled to hear this, and we are so glad the app keeps your customers in the loop on new arrivals. Your kind words mean everything to our team at Rackets and Runners and we look forward to being here whenever you need us!
Alex and Mason have been such a great help! Redo has really streamlined our returns, warranty, and shipping claims processes. It saves so much time when these processes are automated, and on top of that the systems and flows are so customizable and small-business friendly! We've also noticed that it helps customers feel more secure shopping with the option of easy returns, especially in the shoe business. Redo has already been a great success, and I'm looking forward to continue working with them!
