Lightning quick service! App works great with 2.0 themes! The badges work perfectly for conveying informational messages about certain products on the product pages and the collection pages. When I switched from a legacy theme to a 2.0 theme, I wasn't sure where to put the code snippet. I submitted a ticket and before I even knew what happened, they inserted the code for me. Perfection!

I like this app! It gives me an opportunity to connect with my customers when they are actively browsing my website. I haven't come across any issues using the app. I like that I can use it on my desktop as well as on my mobile.
Perfectly simple. Easy to install and use. I asked the developer for a small tweak and the support was quick to respond and implemented my tweak quickly.
