The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. The free trial was set to roll over to a paid plan when completed and as they did not do so, functionality and services we cut off, they were unable to restore the service, continuing to advise it was working when it was not. Great when it works, terrible service and lack of knowledgable or proactive support when it doesn't.

Always super fast with support and assistance. Great app that works well for many types of discounting and sales. User friendly and support are always happy to help with any customisations.
