Great app and an exceptional support from the team. The app allows our customers to modify theirs orders without the need to contact us. This has given our support team to focus on more important tasks, and been a delight for our customers. I highly recommend this app, it will save you a lot of time and money.

Very helpful with automation! Integration with Shopify has made it easier! The support that we have received so far has been on par or even better than expected
