The form builder is a breeze to use. The ability to use conditional logic to show or hide various items on the form based on user input is also great, as is multi-step form options. The form has so many options for customization built in, as well as the ability to use custom CSS, so it can fit into nearly any site design. And, if you need help, the developer is also very responsive and quick to reply. Hi, Thank you for using our app and leaving the great review. Hope you have a great experience with the app and if you need any further help don't hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Storeify Team

We've recently started to customize a few of the products that we sell and were looking for an app that would allow us to not only offer multiple options, but also to charge based on the option(s) picked. After looking at a few different ones, this was EXACTLY what we needed. The ability to create templates and logical rules for the various options makes this app very, very worth the price. Easy to set up, easy to use. The developer even does the install for you quickly and is very responsive if you have questions. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
