What a great experience!!! Paul was right on the mark regarding my concerns and quickly and efficiently explained the issues I was facing. I had tried to correct them myself, but as a non-technical type, I knew the risk. He assured me throughout the whole process. They are conducting further research into an issue for me. I can't express how good it feels to know that someone is out there to help and not just make money. The care and concern were evident, and I am sold on working with the Tapita team. Best tech support I have experienced!!!!
For our small team, this was a game-changer. We have been using this app for a few months and without a doubt it is the first thing we think of for any email campaigns. We only started out with our automation series but soon found great value in campaigns and social media. The options from G&P and the monitoring and revenue reporting was the clincher since so often it is hard to tell how things are going. Love this app!

I am not very technical but I needed a way to monitor activity on my website. Blocky is great. Many options to configure it so it matches my needs. And the support is fantastic. Not only responsive, they take the time to make sure I understand things, which makes it all worthwhile to me.
Spent some time looking around the app, then took the free version. This is a powerful app not only for its functionality like automations and forms, but the analytics are fantastic.
