Thank you for the lovely feedback! 🌟 Delighted to hear the app’s working so well for you, and great to know our support team has been there whenever needed. If anything else comes up, we’re always happy to help. 🤝✨
After a long search, we finally found Bloy, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first contact, the customer support team has been incredibly helpful — quick, clear, and willing to customize certain features to perfectly fit our needs. We launched our points and VIP tiers program about a month ago, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. The interface is intuitive both for our team and for our customers, and the integration with Shopify is seamless. A special mention goes to the customer support, which is simply outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and always available — even with the time zone difference. You can truly feel their dedication and care. Kudos to the entire Bloy team for their professionalism and kindness, and a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated account contact for following us every step of the way. Highly recommended app!

Un app che fa benissimo il suo lavoro, la differenza la fa senz'altro l'assistenza clienti, che si prodiga non semplicemente ad aiutarti, ma anche a perfezionare al meglio i più piccoli dettagli. super consigliata!
