I have been using the App for several weeks now and I am very please with the features and also with customer service. I had a few unique requirement, for example loading previous orders since we were migrating from another platform, and the BLOY team was quite helpful. I will submit a new review after I have used the App for several months can I can see customer usage.

I think Bloy is an exellent application for point program integration and easy to set.
There are a lot of great features with this app. Some areas of the loyalty program are super easy to setup and others are not as intuitive. For example, they have a setting to allow "stacking" of points to exchange intervals of points for the reward in a single transaction, but there is no way to cap it. I'm subtracting 1 star because every time I requested help, they asked me to leave a review even though I had expressed that we hadn't had time to assess how well the app worked for us. Additionally, I either misunderstood or was mislead about the founders "free forever" plan. I completely understand not being able to use all of the new features, I did not expect to be capped by number of orders that would force an upgrade.
Our experience with Bloy has been excellent. The software is very intuitive, functional, and easy to navigate, which has made our daily workflow much more organized and efficient. We especially appreciate how thoughtfully the platform is designed—it feels practical without being complicated. The support and overall experience have also been very positive. Bloy has become a valuable tool for our business, and based on our experience so far, we would absolutely recommend it to others looking for reliable and user-friendly software.

I haven't used it too much yet, but what I have done has been pretty easy to plug into my shopify store and use. The system is intuitive for what I need them for my store. I also had a call with a person from Bloy and she helped explain what features I could use. It was helpful.
We set this up on a Japanese store, and the deciding factor was that point redemption can be completed entirely within the cart. Since Shopify restricts checkout UI extensions to Plus, the cart page is effectively the limit on the Grow plan. BLOY handles this well with a banner and modal on the cart page. Choosing the discount code method also lets customers redeem a partial amount of their points, with the remainder staying on their balance — that flexibility has been useful. Almost every string in the app is editable, so localizing into Japanese was straightforward. Support has been the standout. I sent them a request about usability and they shipped the change shortly after. Not many apps actually act on merchant feedback like that.
BLOY Loyalty is easy to set up and straightforward to use. The features work well for our store, and the interface is clean for both merchants and customers. The Interface is quite easy to work on especially for a beginner, Its easy to change as well. For Someone who is starting to implemet loyalty point systems, surely do this to you store.

Great Service, Great Features. Couldn't be happier. An app like this gives us everything we need to reward our most valuable customers. We especially like the VIP tiers and the variety of rewards we can offer to customers of different tiers. Setting up the App Embed Blocks in the shopify theme was very easy as well. We pretty much had this up and running after just a few days since it was straightforward and user-friendly. They also have a nice upload option if you need to import customer points or tiers from previous apps.

They are here to help you until you have found the answers to your questions and until your requests are satisfied. I've also got the possibility to get my widget customized like I wanted it. Until now I've had a very good experience with this app.
BLOY has been very easy to set up and use. The interface is clean, and it includes the loyalty features we needed for our store, such as points, rewards, VIP tiers, referrals, and birthday rewards. Voy a iniciar con la aplicacion, pero es la mejor que he visto hasta ahora sobre todo para habla hispana, bastante completa y lo mejor el soporte es excelente realmente Chloe tuvo toda la paciencia conmigo al ayudamr a instalarla!!! This app has it all - excellent configuration options, high customization, fast support, app works fast as well. I have no further wishes, thanks Bloy. I like the VIP tiers the most, as well as the settings and how the customer loyalty page generates everything in the right language without having to change a lot. The most work is thinking of the points program and the tiers - this is up to yourselves - but even for that they have an AI tool built in you can use (if you have order history) or you can just use sidekick. Search no more foalks - this is the one.
L'app definitiva per costruire il programma loyalty sul mio e-commerce. Davvero completa di qualsiasi funzionalità, ben oltre le mie aspettative. Raccolta punti, redenzione di svariati premi, posso configurare qualsiasi aspetto del programma. Inoltre, è facile da gestire, il percorso di costruzione del tutto è molto intuitivo e 100% customizzabile. La funzionalità VIP è davvero interessante e offre una marea di possibilità. Consiglio vivamente!
I find it very useful and easy to operate; I really like this simple approach. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I'd suggest adding more customizable modules, such as allowing users to upload their own images as window backgrounds; however, it's already quite good.
