As a new user, I had several questions and concerns, and Khaled was nothing short of spectacular throughout the entire process. He was incredibly understanding and patient, ensuring that my setup was successful and all my questions were thoroughly addressed. Thanks to his exceptional support, everything went smoothly. I truly hope that all future interactions with your customer service team are as positive as this one. Khaled set a high standard, and it would be great to see this level of excellence consistently from everyone on the team.

This is far and away my favorite shopify app. The interface is intuitive, it's incredibly powerful, and the team keeps adding features. Using this app just makes me happy.

Phenomenal customer service. Responses to my tickets in less than 10 minutes on most items, helped me get set up quickly (even though many of my questions were just settings in the intuitive dashboard that I wasn't smart enough to find on my own :)). Really impressed with both the software and the service - best 3rd party experience I've had on shopify by far.

Works great! Set one up for titancasket.com. Team was extremely responsive in helping me get set up for a few questions I had, but it's mostly self-service. Really exciting and we've seen good traffic to the tool already.
