Bugs in the set up process has made the TikTok shop completely unusable for my store. TikTok help center, support, and support tickets have not been helpful or responsive.

We have been using Rich Returns for a couple weeks now and so far, so good! We are on the basic plan and while it does not accommodate exchanges, it does expedite the entire return process and makes refunds very simple! The support team has been very helpful and quick to respond which is great. We are hoping for a few updates to the app that will make Rich Returns even more competitive with larger, more popular return apps, but all in all this has been a great app to get our returns organized, in one place, and to expedite the process. Highly Recommend!

This app is great for tracking how much product/raw materials you have on hand. It helps you figure out when you need to reorder and will notify you when the time comes. This is a must have app if you make the products you sell, must order materials/products in advance, or move a decent amount of products and need to establish a good flow. Thank you for your review!
