Abuzar in the customer service team was very helpful and provided prompt and responsive customer service!
This app is critical to our operation. With over 35k SKUs, we couldn't operate without BPE. Whether it be uploading new pricing or bulk updating other product, customer or order information, BPE makes all the difference.
I do like the app however it is at times clunky - however, my experience with Mara on support was fantastic as she was very quick at resolving my problem!
