Hi Steve, we’re really sorry to hear you had trouble setting up our app. I did send you an email but never heard back, so I wanted to follow up here as well. There was a recent issue that caused problems for some users, but once it was reported we moved quickly to fix it. Everything should now be working smoothly. We’d love the chance to make this right for you. If you respond to our emaill, we’ll personally help troubleshoot and get everything set up, and we’re happy to extend your trial so you can test the app again at no cost. We’re just a small two-person team, but we care a lot about building the best app possible and giving our customers the support they deserve. Your feedback matters, and we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to turn this around for you. Jon Relentless Apps
