There is an issue with the prices displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We reported it a week ago, but it still hasn’t been resolved. Support has been extremely slow to respond, and we’ve sent four emails over the past few days without receiving a reply. This is seriously affecting our website’s conversion rate. After testing on multiple mobile devices, we found that the total price on the cart page frequently includes only the base price and leaves out the customization charges. The same issue also occurs at checkout. Our conversion rate has dropped significantly. Both our US and UK stores are experiencing similar issues. On our German store, the problem mainly occurs on the checkout page. We’re unsure whether this is caused by the app failing to load properly or by a code conflict. We urge your support and technical teams to take this seriously, consider the impact from your customers’ perspective, and prioritize resolving the issue.

This has been a great solution for our store. We needed more flexibility with product options beyond Shopify’s standard variant setup, and this made it much easier to add different customization choices without creating a complicated product structure.

I’ve had a really good experience with the app and its creators. Customer service has been especially helpful anytime I’ve needed support or had questions about setting things up. The app itself feels pretty intuitive and easy to navigate, so getting started didn’t take much effort and I was able to figure most things out on my own. I still feel like I’ve only scratched the surface in terms of features, and I’m curious to explore more of what it offers, especially the upgraded versions, to see if they better fit some of my needs. I just haven’t had the chance to dive into that yet. Overall though, it’s been a positive experience and a solid tool so far.

This app is amazing! It completely solved the Shopify limitation with product options. I've been using it for over a year and ended up having one small question, and the support team was SO quick to jump in and help. Super impressed!

I loved the basic plan so much that I had to upgrade! I use VO for almost every listing. It's easy to use, and allows me to save so much time that I previously would have spent manually sending customers all product options, and collecting their info, etc. Now they can upload their logos, design inspiration, etc. right onto my website so there's no more switching between apps 5 times just to get a single order done. I am so impressed! Well worth the cost.

Worst app after installing it stuck on Plan Select option even i have selected free plan it doesnt allow me to do the setup. Update: Team has reachout to me and was very helpfull and the Issuse was resolved. Thank You.

Works/looks great on the Customer end. However, through the back end, there is not an option to add a SKU number for a variant. Also if a variant is purchased, since it "doesn't require shipping," it doesn't transfer over into ShipStation and the order comes in as the Standard product.

Absolut Top! Großartige App. Funktioniert inzwischen seit über zwei Jahren problemlos. Toll ist auch, das man HTML Code in das Instructionsfeld verwenden kann, so kann man die virtuellen Optionen noch ordentlich aufhübschen, was zu einer wesentlich höheren Conversationsrate geführt hat. Da wir sehr viele identische Produkte haben, welche die selben Varianten / Optionen nutzen ist das Duplizieren der virtuellen Optionen auf eine ganze Kategorie sehr schnell erledigt und spart Stunden an Zeit. Bei Anpassungen und Supportanfragen kommen selbst Sonntags schnelle Antworten! Ich Kann die APP daher nur wärmstens empfehlen. lG Christian

Listing customizable items with the app is enjoyable, especially with VO Product Options working so smoothly.

I accidentally uninstalled the app and had a mini-crash out. This app SAVES all of your data and backs it up, so that when you re-install it's all still there, exactly as before. That saved me SO much stress (and quite possibly a heart attack) and I can't thank y'all enough for doing that. Also, unlike other apps I've used, their customer service is AMAZING. customers often don't get charged at all because the options don't function, or the get charged three times what it should be, we have those issues for years and the support is horrible, do yourself a favor and get yourself a better app

I've used VOPO for a number of years now, and am very pleased with the functionality. Having tried several option apps, I found VOPO to be the best by far. I particularly like the conditional variant options for products where there are a lot of selections to make - it keeps my product pages clean and not overwhelming for customers. The customer service is excellent, Jon & Martin recently helped me with some coding to hide out of stock variants, and they really couldn't have been more helpful :)

Free plan is useless. No way to add pricing

BEWARE!!! I installed and then later uninstalled this app, and the uninstall does not delete all of the installation and it destroyed my ability to offer products with variants without the app installed. I have contacted this company at least 3 times 3 different ways telling them it is an emergency as my customers cannot check out and they have done nothing. I had to reinstall it so my site will work for the time being. This is terrible.

Great support from the VO team. We had a question, that was probably one they'd heard many times before but Martin quickly provided the help and guidence we needed to get our website ready for Go Live.

Excellent App and easy to use. Very user friendly. There are a few reasons this didn't get 5 stars. First this app does not work with 3rd party apps such as Shop and Shopify Collective Supplier, the variants do not show up. Second is that I have had a few times where the variant selections will randomly be deleted without user input. Third, depending on how you manage discounts it may take an additional app for automatic discounts. I am trying to integrate additional Shopify dealers for my products, so I am looking for a better fit.

I’m facing an issue where the variant price is not being added to the cart page. The selected product option shows the correct price, but when added to the cart, the price doesn’t update or display properly. Please fix this issue so the variant price reflects correctly on the cart page.

I started using VOP to help enhance how my products are listed online and I love it! Because of the type of products I sell, I want my visitors and customers can find what they need without having to keep clicking and searching. I'm now able to list all my options for one product on one listing.

I had a fully paid subscription plan valid until 2026. Since we won't be selling anymore after 2026, I decided to cancel the subscription to prevent automatic renewal. However, after doing this, all app features were disabled. I've tried contacting support, but there's no available communication channel. I need the features of the already-paid plan to be restored or a refund issued.

i use this app to provide sliding scale price options on my items! i’ve tried a few others but this is the only app that has worked perfectly for this function. the team is always helpful when i have questions. the app is user friendly and straightforward to use.

Was able to fix my issue quickly

I was using this app for 2 swatch colour products because Shopify has a quantity limit. I was unaware that the starter plan had changed to 1 product, removing the swatch colour option from one of my best sellers until a customer placed an order and I had to email asking for their preference. I have had to find another app, set up and start again from scratch. I was informed of the changes prior to this but I'm not paying nearly £10 just for a second option, I couldn't even open my 2nd option to copy the colour swatches until I upgraded. I don't usually leave reviews and long ones, but hope this helps someone before I uninstall.
