Fantastic customer support! The team is always quick to respond, and Rakib has been exceptionally patient and helpful in addressing any questions or issues.

It's a great app, fairly easy to use and reliable. We use in multiple stores, and when installing on our most recent store we actually had a glitch that was preventing the app to be installed. The support team, Deelen in particular, was extremely helpful, patience, provided regular updates and in the end was able to find out what was causing the issue and resolve it with the developer team. I really appreciate the level of support, and I'm glad we have the app running consistently in all of our stores now.
