Felix responded to me issue and stayed with it until it was resolved. Overall this app works great and is a great alternative to the very expensive options like Bazaarvoice which we've tried in the past.
FYI - even though it says NOTHING about this in the app store, you actually have to pay $99/mo if you have Shopify plus - there is no "$29/mo" option. Super deceptive, I deleted the app immediately. Do better at vetting your Apps Shopify, we don't like feeling scammed.

For Shopify Plus stores, the $99/month plan is required, which includes additional features for higher-volume stores. Superior customer service!!! I was having trouble with my API key, and Deelen from their customer service team quickly and respectfully helped me out. If there was a 10 star rating I would have given him that.
