My experience of Judge.me is very new and short, but so far so good. I have experienced Quick and friendly and helpful Customer Service from Gabriela, Andrew, and Abderrahman. I like the look of the difference customisations I can make to the app to have it fit my store.

The Chatty app and team are always on hand and always very helpful. I have recently learned about a new feature 'Proactive Cart Booster' and I look forward to setting this up to see how this performs by recovering sales. I was shown this by Hana at the Chatty team, who has been most helpful and very patient with me when explaining how to use this feature, as well as explaining the new incoming Whatsapp feature to Chatty and taking on my recommendation. I look forward to using the Whatsapp feature as the Chatty app has been so helpful with assisting with customer queries. Chatty has recently added more customisation controls so I will be testing those. Would recommend Chatty.

Can’t fault the Doran app or team at all. They’re always on hand and more than happy to help. There’s a lot of apps that want a monthly fee or a fee per sign up and a sign up isn’t a guaranteed sale. There Doran app does this for free. There’s a handful of other options in the app that I’m yet to look at but it’s great to know that there’s other options. Can’t believe this app is free.

Very easy app to use, which is very important to me. I like all the different options that I can choose from as well as the dashboard that shows me the impact that each offer has had. The Selleasy team are always on hand when I need them as well as always being quick and happy to help. So pleased that I chose this app.

Can not fault the SwiftXR team or app one bit. Their 3D/AR design work is absolutely incredible and strikes a great balance between detail and file size. The quality of their Augmented Reality designs is truly second to none. I've tried other designers from other market places in the past, but nothing compares to what these guys can create. The dashboard in the Shopify app can look confusing when you first open it up and start using it, not knowing which bits you need, but the Swift team was on hand to arrange a video call with some guidance. If you'd prefer written instructions then they can also provide that too. The pricing structure is fair and I like the email updates that tells you how many people have viewed the AR experience. The Swift Shopify app has a few neat little features that make for great little free additions to your/the customer's experience, such as adding your own logo to the experience. The team are really friendly and super supportive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience using Swift. Can not recommend this enough if you want to add AR experiences to your store for your customers. Thanks to all of the Swift team! My only reasoning for now not using SwiftXR is that my product supplier changed their supply terms, meaning the products aren't readily available anymore.

Great app. Does exactly what I needed, which was to optimise my image titles. Good pricing options too. My only constructive feedback would be that it would be good to have the ability to optimise image titles only, without having to run all the other optimisations.

After a store rebrand, I needed an app that would change just my product images alt text and also an app that didn't cost an unreasonable amount. I found this Easy Alt Text App and I'm glad I did!
