Been using DC for a couple of months now. It's really helped me streamline all outward WhatsApp related communication - be it order updates, or cart recovery reach outs!. Highly recommend for any business looking to get an automated WhatsApp CRM tool. It does have a bit of a learning curve. but once you get past that, it's a great app to have in your Shopify arsenal.

App is really user friendly. Has a lot of custom options. They have a great support team who was more than willing to answer to all queries .
