Was a 1-star review, now upgraded to 5-star. The support team have been awesome - Joyce, Tal, and Domerly have all taken great care of us since the initial onboarding issues. Ilyn is also great!

In the process of moving over to LoLoyal from another loyalty program, loving it so far. Setup has been smooth and aesthetic, and the help from the customer service team (in particular Sherm) has been amazing.
