By the Numbers has been a hugely helpful app for our company - allowing us to create segments and cohort analysis we can't do with Shopify alone! And their support team (incl. Fred) is very responsive whenever we need additional features added, custom reports or have questions of any kind.
The app itself is good, but what really makes it great are the people behind it. Nadav and his team worked hard to implement features we wanted and required in order to launch our gift card program on time and on brand. It's easy to use and does the job well! Would recommend!

Very easy to instal and the customer participation rate is off the charts! Definitely our best source for attribution!
The flow is very well thought out for both the brand and the consumer. Also, the customization support is fantastic - very fast and thorough responses!
