Great support team Efficient app

The Advanced Support team was extremely helpful with a billing issue that was quickly resolved. It was nice to be in contact with an actual human.

Anyone else noticed the integration and functionality have fallen off a cliff over the past three months? Customers cannot redeem vouchers with our store anymore and gift vouchers are not being sent out. Making more work for us than ever before. We will have to find another app that works or go back to the Shopify default.

Great app! And whenever I need help with something, I always get a quick and great response.

This app is the WORST ... I have almost never had the experience of the app working when I need it to. I pay $20 a month for an app that fails to load EVER and I can't cancel it because I can't even see how many outstanding credits there are. I would prefer at this point, to issue gift cards to anyone who has a credit with me through Rise but I can't find them. DO NOT INSTALL

Great app and excellent customer support. We encountered a synchronization issue where redeemed gift cards still showed the full balance in the Rise.ai dashboard. I needed to set up email white-labeling for our gift cards to fix deliverability issues (emails going to spam). Pauline from Rise.ai support went above and beyond! She provided clear DNS instructions for my end and had everything verified and activated within 30 minutes (so FAST). When we discovered the MX records were interfering with our existing email setup, she quickly confirmed we could remove them without affecting white-labeling functionality. The result? Our experience with set up has been smooth -they can accomplish pretty much anything we'd want, although some things take a more manual approach as they are still building out some integrations. This app is the only app I've found that works with Flow to create Gift Cards in bulk for a promo we run every year. Setup is extremely easy and Emilie is the best, always very quick to help and fixes any issue we run into.

The charges based on our platform sales is ridiculous. When there is no purchase of gift card was made, they charge us base on our sales even though our sales did not include the gift card. Did does not make any sense for us. not recommended to use

I’m usually able to connect with a team member within minutes to address any questions, and any issue I’ve had has been promptly resolved. Today, John went above and beyond to correct an error that had me stumped (some of it was user error), and now my site and the eGift card suite are working perfectly. Alright, IT DOES WORK, and we have increased our sales by 16% in just one month. So far the feedback is very good on "account creation reward" and "cashback reward". We are waiting to see more positive feedback on "referral reward". In conclusion, this app is worth the money that we paid for it. The support is efficient too. [21st Aug 2025] We’ve been using this app for 5 years and the support team has been nothing short of amazing especially Itay and Netta. . Always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Their consistent service has made managing our store so much easier. Truly grateful for their support over the years!

So far, so good... and by good, I mean actually kind of genius. I love the idea of turning “thank you” into cashback, and it turns out my customers do too. It's basically a digital hug that says 'I love you, here’s some money to spend at my super cool shop. I can’t speak to conversions just yet (manifesting those as we speak), but setup was a breeze. I peeked at Smile.io and a few others before choosing Rise, but they felt like trying to assemble IKEA furniture with no instructions and three extra screws. Rise, on the other hand, just… works. Once you set it up, it handles the orders and quietly drops cashback into customer accounts like a little loyalty fairy. The tiered percentages based on lifetime spend? Chef’s kiss. It's like leveling up in a video game, but instead of a new sword, your customer gets cashback. And Rise is reasonably priced... definitely not pocket change, but also not “why does this cost more than my rent?” levels either. I am keeping my fingers crossed for strong ROI though, because let’s be real: good intentions don’t pay for toner. Also, waiting not-so-patiently for their referral program to launch. That’s going to be a game-changer and I’m already prepping the confetti. Customer experience so far? 10/10. Eddie (hi, Eddie!) has been insanely responsive... like, I-message-my-friends-and-he-replies-faster responsive. Every time I needed help, he was there with answers before I could even finish typing “help.” So yeah, off to a strong start. Very bad experince with that app if you are going to install it beware from it the reason is that they just only want your subscription there app is not problem solving we have purchased their premium plan to issue our customer store credit we created the flow that is ok but it is not runing not added any store credit to the customer when we connect with support they just only answer that we are trying our best and you will surprise that their response time is 3 to 4 hours not serious with their customer they just only want subscription from their customer after wasting our 4 days on this app we found the credityard app very good app, good customer support and solved our problem.bloddy hell app rise.ai

After trying at least five different loyalty apps, I’m so happy to have discovered Rise. I love that it focuses on loyalty credits instead of points, which can be really confusing for customers. It also offers the best gift card experience I’ve seen on Shopify. The store credit refund option is something I haven’t seen in other loyalty apps which is extremely useful. The level of customization and personalization Rise offers is truly a game changer. Highly recommend.
