there is no support with this app - I have been hacked 3 weeks ago, they took over my socials and pages, I have sent in several support tickets to remove the app from Shopify as the hacker is charging my ads account and using our pixel to retarget and no support. Shopify's hands are tied because its a 3rd party app. VERY disappointed in META. They need to take some cues from Shopify in support.

Hi there, Charlotte here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use the Facebook channel on your store. With the Facebook channel now being owned by Meta, the marketing section for Facebook in Shopify has since been removed, and all ads will now need to be run from directly within the Facebook Ads account. One of the teams reps, Sergey was great at walking us through a very specific use-case scenario while we were deciding if this was the app for us. The entire team was very responsive, helpful and quick to offer new solutions (including adding custom conditions and variables that weren't yet built into the defaults). I've worked with a lot of dev teams as a freelance web developer and I have to say: their service is outstanding!
