This app works great. Was incredibly easy to set up and the free version provides enough features to work for me. I've been able to add widgets to display my reviews in more places and I've already got more reviews rolling in with their automatic emails. Thank you!!
So glad I found this app... I was really hesitant to add live chat to my site, as I was nervous to how it would incorporate into my life and work. This app was incredibly easy to install, works great and has great functionality. I'm able to schedule the live chat to be available during only certain hours (so that it won't wake me when I'm sleeping at night!) and I can even choose to hide it from visitors during that time or give them the opportunity to "leave a message", but show that I am offline. The analytics and monitoring it provides is excellent and I have no complaints after having it installed for a few days. Really thankful and surprised that an app with such great functionality is committed to providing such a great free service.

The Scheduler allows you to manage the operating days and times of the chat widget. It will automatically switch your widget offline according to your schedule, so you never have to worry about forgetting to log out of your account. It works in tandem with your agents, if there are no agents online when your widget is scheduled to be online, the widget will instead stay offline. Works great and easy to use. Don't even have to think about it once it's set up. I have this set up on a shop that fulfills physical items, but use this feature to make free PDF downloads available while still gathering emails. Since I use it to provide free downloads to my customers, my only wish is that for free orders all they would have to provide is name and email address - rather than still going through checkout like regular orders. I think that turns some people off from completing the process.
