Loop is the worst company we have worked with in 11 years running Peppermayo.com. Their prices are exorbitant, 3x their competitors, like ReturnGo and their support is the worst we have ever experienced. From experience, all the bells and whistle they sell does NOTHING to improve the refund rate. We were using Aftership before Loop and on Aftership, we only offered Gift Card and Refund and the refund rate was still lower than on Loop. They will change their coding to cause your refund to grow 100% month on month with no notice. They will hold you hostage to renew your agreement, be very very careful with the overage fees, where your per return rate will be $1.50 and overages will be $4.50. They won't alert you that you have gone over and let you accumulate your overage fees then before renew, they will say, pay $30,000 in overages or renew. Their sales and support are arrogant and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth 3x competitor, DO NOT USE. Use a platform like ReturnGo instead.

We are very impressed with the nuisances with this app, it is very very clever and it really does tick the gift card and store credit. The customer service is outstanding and they took on our custom suggestions and will put them into action! Their rewards program is a bit weaker than their gift cards functionality. We are undecided about the cash back rewards vs other points based rewards, this is a drawback. Not being able to make the customers 'save' and 'build' their rewards is something I think may be a drawback. All in all worth the money though.
