I like the various widgets for displaying reviews in different places and it's not overly complicated. Have had very few issues with the app and the support team was very responsive the one time I ran into a technical issue.

great customer service. They helped resolve an issue quickly that was caused not by them but by a server outage at USPS that made shipments load funny.
