Updated Review Beware of LACK of support, it shouldn't take a bad review to get their attention. I found a different app that did what I needed and they were very responsive. After no response to my emails, it was after I left a 1 star review did they reach out. They gave me a refund after the review and asked me remove my review. I don't think it is right, just to remove my review because they finally did what they were suppose to do originally. July 5, 2025 I accidentally installed the app and removed it within 20 minutes after I saw my mistake. I was told I wouldn't be charged, and they charged me anyway. Even after reaching out to the support I was still charged. I wouldn't recommend them. I have reached out to support multiple times with no response or refund. We’re sorry for your experience and delayed responses. We’ll review our support process to ensure faster, better communication from the start.

Update - July 2025 I uninstalled the app like they said and I wouldn't be charged. I was still charged. I reached out to Shopify they said to reach out to the app support. I did this, they gave me a link to a Shopify article that was useless and to reach out to Shopify Support. I hate the run around. Oct 2025 I had my developer put in a ticket with their support team to get this to work and after two weeks there was no response. Paying for an app that doesn't work is unacceptable and when you reach out to their support team with no response for 2 weeks is even worse. If the install goes great, then I'm happy for you, but if you have issues, I would not expect a fast response.

I installed the app and had a minor issue. I reached out to the support team and even though they were away on a business trip, they still worked on my issue. They were efficient and communicated throughout the whole process. They fixed everything, and I asked for one more thing and they fixed that too. The app worked as expected and the support and customer service were excellent. Thanks for everything.
