We've been incredibly satisfied with Supaeasy and the flexibility their functions builder. Their customer support is quick to answer questions and resolve issues as well.

We moved to Skio (from Recharge) 18 months ago and have found Skio to be a fantastic partner both in terms of their technology platform as well as their strategic guidance/services team. Their platform is tightly integrated into Shopify, leads the industry in key features supporting subscription retention, maximizing AOV, and minimizing cancellation due to payment method expiration. We have experienced ongoing performance improvement against our KPIs quarter after quarter as we adopt additional Skio features. Special shout-out to Skio for enabling and incentivizing consumers to add second payment methods. Well done!

We've been very impressed with the speed of their customer service. Mina and Mikie from their team have been a huge help in customizing the app experience for our customers and answering any questions.

We were left with about a weeks notice that AppTrends (part of CartHero) would be removed from Shopify and would no longer work. This left us scrambling to find a replacement app for connecting ClickFunnels to Shopify. AppTrends had some advanced features that we used (such as setting line item properties) that we required to move to a new app. During our Trial run with ClickifyPro we brought up these features that we needed and the team worked closely with us to solve the issues we were having with the application. We have moved from AppTrends to ClickifyPro as our integration from ClickFunnels to Shopify and are very happy with the product and their team. Anybody else coming from AppTrends, this is a great solution. Thank you for your valuable feedback!

Just installed the app and started install. Had a few questions and Nikos was quick to respond and detailed in his answers. Off to a great start.

The API works great, would like to have the weight of the shipment (actual vs dim), actual inventory. Also it would be nice if you when split a shipment that it updated both tracking numbers. Overall Shipbob is amazing, the above comments are all growing pains and I am guessing will be sorted out over time. Shipbob can handle the easiest to the most complex shipping issues!! Try them you will not be disappointed.
