I was with another personalisation app prior to zepto and it would take days for support to get in touch. Zepto's 24/7 chat support is brilliant got everything sorted in 10 minutes, that alone is worth the switch!

At first it looks really daunting and confusing but once you give it a go it becomes very straightforward! I cant imagine that there's a better app available for personalisation than this one. Has completely transformed the user experience.
