I ran into a scenario I could figure out, Deepan got on a zoom call and helped me set things up quickly.

We've been extremely pleased with both the Giveback app and Ian, the developer behind it. As we've launched our new fundraiser program at The Gardener's Workshop, Ian has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. He has been quick to answer questions, implement updates, and work through ideas with us along the way. The Giveback app has provided a simple and effective way for us to support our community through fundraising while allowing us to manage everything directly within the Shopify store we already use every day.
