I was expecting an AI chat bot when I asked a question today and was quickly greeted by Raj who patiently worked with me to troubleshoot and figure out the source of my problem - which ended up not even being an app issue. I highly recommend this app and would gladly try other apps by this developer.

This has been a great app for our store that allows us to use product based rates with complex setups and flat rate shipping, 2+ free shipping by vendor/sku, etc. Support is the best of any app we've used. They'll hop on a zoom call and setup for you while teaching you how to do it.

Overall ShipX has been a much needed resource for our business as we have irregular package sizes. Being able to specify certain products, combined rates, and use the AI feature to calculate the right rates has been a game changer. The only wall we have run into is the inability to distinguish between commercial and residential address to get accurate rates for our customers. Hopefully, that ability will come soon.

We were losing money hand over fist and even after chat disconnected a few times and everything he was amazing! 10 out of 10!!! Baraah helped me with the product rates and shipping information.
