I attempted to amend a customers Billing address at the customers request. This then duplicated the customers order and charged them again! I requested help from support but did not receive a response. Pretty useless app and makes a complete mess of your orders. Used this app for a variety of functions in my website. Their customer support is second to none, just write a brief message in the chat box with your issue and they respond and amend the problem within a couple hours.
