Easy to onboard, easy to use. Has reduced the amount of time I have had to spend each day responding to customers who commonly put in the wrong shipping address (usually from putting in billing address).

I attempted to amend a customers Billing address at the customers request. This then duplicated the customers order and charged them again! I requested help from support but did not receive a response. Pretty useless app and makes a complete mess of your orders. I wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re using it to backdate orders. Great support but it is not doing what I need. When I backdate an order it makes a second order with the desired date and if the customer paid already then I have to go to Shopify admin and reach out to tech support for assistance to properly delete the order i no longer need. I found a loop hole by inputting an order on Shopify, marking it unpaid, going back to editify to backdate the order and being able to delete it through the app. Only to find out it doesn’t save my back date or delete the original order. I’ve been going back and forth with tech support, they are very helpful but the app its self is not

This app does exactly what I need it to do! We use a separate POS in our store on are too busy on the weekends to scan items in Shopify so on Mondays I manually add all the orders from the weekends and back date them. Editify does it perfectly! And the support is excellent! I had a question and Alberto scheduled a video call with me immediately to walk me through what I needed to do.

This app is my secret weapon. We sell a few products that include a lot of sub-components and bundles. Edity allows us to have a consistent customer experience while juggling orders on the backend.

UPDATE: The app creator indicated that the pricing & features bug described below is fixed (I didn't test it though). They also indicated they are working on a solution to allow editing of orders created by another app. The pricing and features of this app are not listed correctly. The app does not allow you to edit orders at the "starter" tier, only at the "pro" tier. Secondly, for anyone wondering - the app does not allow you to edit orders created by a different app (maybe this is a shopify limitation and not specific to this app, I'm not sure).

About App. I was looking for possibility to add backdate orders and this app met my requirements. Easy to use, I solved my problem very quickly. Thank you very much!

I am unable to backdate my orders and I am unable to edit my billing address! I saw that a purchase of the more expensive plan is required to actually see any backdate orders.

Starter plan does not allow to backdate orders without the billing address and you are unable to edit the billing address without the more expensive plan. So unless I pay for the more expensive plan without the free trial, I'm unable to even see if the app works. Very sneaky.

Works exactly as advertised. Easy to use and doesn't require a separate app to open. UPDATE - I couldn't backdate orders without selecting a plan. At the time, I assumed that this was just part of the process and I'd get billed after the 3-day trial. Well, the next morning, I had a bill for $4.99, so there is no 3-day trial. I've requested a refund. I'll update this review if they refund my money. UPDATE #2 - Editify explained why I was charged and it seems to be a mistake on my part. Without a problem, Editify refunded my money. The app worked as I needed, so I changed my review to 4 stars.

Very useful app. I use square for in person sales and sometimes the dates are off upon import. This app helps me keep customer order records accurate by being able to backdate an order. Very helpful!

This app does exactly what I need it to do...backdate orders. Sometimes there are orders I forgot to submit but payment has already been made. This allows me to backdate these orders. It's a simple task and this app offers a simple solution. Highly recommend.

Great app, I can now edit order dates to show up accurately on invoices when I failed to create that order on the same day it was placed via call or messages. This is the perfect app...thanks KejrTech, awesome job UPDATE: so the app is successful in backdating an order. However, that date is not reflected on invoices generated...Any solution for this KejrTech?

The app cannot be used for financial reporting because it doesn't count the backtracked date instead it used the created date. For e.g.., If I draft an order today for an order that occurred two days ago, the transaction will fall under today's transaction not that day's transaction meaning total sales reporting for a period will be wrong.
