This app is not working ! it's broken App and i don't know why Shopify not making review such thats app ! after i install the app on my store and click on "Create Discount" like: - Buy X Get Y discount - Amount of products discount it's take me (redirect) to the page in the app says that: "There is no page at this address Check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need." this app is fake !

Hi, I am Lucas. I looked into this carefully: we have no record of this store using the app, and no support request describing this error, which does not match any issue we know of. Pixoo has been live on the App Store since 2024 and is used by about 240 merchants, including Shopify Plus stores. Strong Warning – Do NOT Install This App (GOGOS.io) I strongly advise against installing GOGOS.io on any live Shopify store. Before even considering this app, test it only on a development or test store, and carefully read the negative reviews from merchants who were harmed by it — myself included. I am a Shopify developer, and this is one of the worst app experiences I have encountered on the Shopify ecosystem. Critical and Dangerous Issues • When I configured a Buy 1 Get 1 (same product) Free – auto add to cart offer, the app automatically created 157 fake/dummy products inside my store. • These products were not real, had no SKU, and were silently injected into my product list and orders. • As a result: • Orders contained ghost products with no tracking or inventory reference. • The storefront UI broke, showing blank product pages due to forced redirects created by the app. • The app redirected users to these fake product URLs, effectively damaging the storefront experience. Misleading Support & Lack of Transparency • I contacted support before creating the promotion, and at no point was I informed that: • The app would generate dummy products. • The promotion would apply to 157 duplicated items. • These products would be required to keep orders functional. • Once orders were created, I was told that removing or modifying those fake products would break existing orders — effectively locking my store into corrupted data. Unprofessional Workarounds • Instead of proper fixes, support suggested absurd “workarounds” such as: • Duplicating the same discount 7 times • Enabling and disabling discounts repeatedly • These are not solutions — they are signs of a deeply flawed system. Support is polite and friendly on the surface, but the outcome is loss of time, money, and store stability. Final Verdict This review reflects my experience with only two features of the app. I cannot imagine the potential damage caused by the rest of its so-called features. It is alarming that Shopify labels this app as “Built for Shopify”. In reality, this app: • Violates basic Shopify data integrity principles • Creates hidden, destructive side effects • Puts merchants at serious operational risk This app does not belong on the Shopify App Store. Avoid it entirely.

Dear Faris, The products created by the app were not intended to be fake or destructive. They were cloned gift products used by our default logic to run the same-product Buy One Get One offer across the products you selected while keeping the gift separate from the original product. We also understand that the alternative Gift Function and the suggestion to split the setup into multiple offers did not provide the immediate solution you needed. === DON'T INSTALL THIS APP === Warning: Avoid downloading or trying this app! I subscribed, paid, and gained no benefit from my subscription to this app it was a total loss. The customer service is extremely poor. They keep you waiting for hours and ask you to add them as a collaborator account. Then, they request permissions to access orders and steal customer information, including their email addresses and phone numbers, during the time you’re waiting for them to fix the issue. They failed to resolve the problem, which was that the gift discount couldn't be applied correctly. The app also caused issues on the site, including confusing redirects that disrupted visitors and constant refreshes when adding products to the cart, significantly slowing down the website's performance.

1. The merchant uninstalled the app during their free trial and did not pay for the app (the usual 7 day free trial was extended by 7 more days upon request) 2. We requested for collaborator access to their store for 2 reasons: a. Some of their orders did not recieve the free gift with purchase as intended and our team was asked to investigate the matter. No data was stored or stolen as the merchant claims. We follow extremely strict data privacy practices and are GDPR as well as Shopify compliant. We can share the app's privacy policy upon request. b. The store's theme was interfering with the app applying discounts and we requested to take a look at their theme code to identify the root cause but the app was uninstalled before we could find a resolution. I urge the reader of this review to go through any of the other 500+ reviews as evidence that these claims are false and inaccurate.
Don't install the app! i paid for loosing, cart is dublicat the free gift when i mad the condetion on gift it's dublicated if you increas the qountaty for 2 it's bee free ! i use app for wrap as a gift and it's not working with this app

There is a separate campaign for adding gift wrapping called one-click upsells, which allows you to add gift wrapping (for free or for extra charges). The free gift for cart goals or for Buy X Get Y campaign is meant to bundle free items as an incentive to buy more. Hence if they buy more and become eligible, more gift items may be added to the cart. I waited for more than two weeks for a change in the Sender ID and a response from customer support. Most features do not work as expected. Customers are not receiving SMS messages, and all customers should receive them. The customer service is terrible—they take a long time to fix issues. This app has many problems and bugs, with most features not working properly.
