I used Simprosys through the recommendation of my Google ads manager to improve the quality of my product feed. App works well but most importantly, Simprosys customer service is knowledgeable, responsive and so helpful and fast in helping me resolve feed issues.

This review is only based on the support that I've received thus far in building out our loyalty program. Responses are always quick and thorough with clear directions on how best to proceed. Look forward to building out our program.

We love using this app - our favourite feature is that we only have to plug in the order number and the shipping details populate automatically. It's a small thing but it really does decrease the margin of error and therefore, dollars saved!
