They offer a 30 day trial period, which is great. Description says "Works with Shopify Locations." ... maybe... if you upgrade to $99/mo... then we think this feature just Notifies your customers in different locations when an item is back in stock. We do not think this app works with Shopify's multiple warehouse Locations... For example: we only want app to show Notify for a specific warehouse location that is out of stock, such as our EU warehouse, but not a warehouse that has product in stock, such as our USA warehouse... we do not think it will do this even if you pay $99/mo. Also, we wanted to uninstall app code that the developer added to our web site, but app does not do it automatically and developer will not uninstall code if you decide you do not want their app... they just sent us a web site address on how to do it ourselves... we are not sure we would have even tried their app if we would have known this :(

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With the Multi-location feature, our app will identify your online inventory across locations. If the product is back in stock and available for online sale, the shoppers will be notified so they can revisit your site and complete their purchase. This would eliminate the possibility of sending out a notification to an online customer when a product is not actually available for online purchase. Our team has already reached out to you to understand your use case better and help you in the best way possible. Also, we lose access the moment you uninstall the app and that prevents us from automatically cleaning up all our files - am sorry about that but it's, unfortunately, a limitation where we have very little control. We had received your approval for our collaborator access request via Shopify. We have now removed all the remnant codes/snippet files from your theme. We have been using this app for awhile and there is one major item we believe it is missing... there NO way to "Approve" a referral. We have made a request to add an "Approve" option to other options: Delete, Void, and Ban, but we were told, an "Approve option is currently not in place within the dashboard, but this is something I can raise to our design team" ... without an "Approve" option, even after we review a referral it will continue to show "pending review" since there is no way to "Approve" a referral... this appears to be a major omission to us. If an "Approve" option is added we will revise our rating...

Hey Bob, thank you for your review, and for using us for over a year. We're sorry that this crucial feature is lacking. We're redesigning the way transactions are handled (suspicious or otherwise), and we're building a Fraud Centre to make it easier for retailers to manage. 1) I tried to look at developer website, but URL is not correct... I wrote support telling them this and they told me how to install app??? This is not the question I asked 2) I asked them for customer websites where their app was installed.. they could not give me even one example to look at.. strange Not a good start for this app... >> after submitting this review, they got back to me. URL now works and they sent me link to demo page with FAQs so I have updated review from 1 start to 4 stars since FAQs is FREE... still unsure of paid Premium and Professional upgrades.
