Customer service was top notch. Very pleasant, fun and easy to work with and very efficient and knowledgeable.
I started out chatting with a robot (AI) which was of no help at all. In fact, I would just get rid of it and direct immediately to a human. Then once I requested a human being, DOM came onboard was able to solve our issue quickly and decisively. Humans are way better than machines so please spend more on people and less on technology. Way overhyped.
