I just set up our shop and received a message from Omar to see ifhe could help in anyway. He was so helpful and fixed my errors quickly and efficiently. He literally popped u on my screen and asked if I needed any help, and I'm glad he did. He was quick, helpful and efficient. Great customer service. Thank you

I've only just added this App and it is so easy to navigate, looks like it will be very beneficial to us and our customers as it allows exchanges and updates stock. Emails go to customers efficiently with updates. Very easy to use, and the 2 problems I couldn't' navigate myself were very quickly and efficiently looked after by the customer service team. Very happy so far. Just an update / We have been using this app now for a while and it is very reliable and has helped with seamlessly organising returns. Our customers love using it and are happy that they can now do easy exchanges. It syncs perfectly with inventory and orders and the customer service is ten out of ten. Any questions we had were answered quickly and any changes we needed were done. Very very happy with this app.

This is a great and easy APP to use but unfortunately I am having a continuing problem with product pages uploading. I can't publish my pop up to certain pages as it won't load past the letter A. I have contacted customer support before but it has happened again. I was quite happy with this app until we ran into constant problems with the discount codes. We had to pull two arranged discount campaigns as help didnt' come back to us fast enough and when WE thought we had fixed it ourselves it's happened now again and we've had to pull a third campaign because it could be hours again before someone helps. This is probably the only reason I would delete this App, other than that it's really good but I have no confidence in the discounts working.

ONLY JUST LOADED IT AND IT ALL LOOKS REALLY GOOD SO FAR. DELIGHTED WITH IT. USING IT FOR VALENTINES DAY HINTS REGARDS LISA
