We’ve had a great experience with Shopney. The platform is easy to use, well designed, and makes it incredibly simple to turn a Shopify store into a professional mobile app. Everything is intuitive, and there are plenty of useful customization options and features. What impressed us the most, however, is the customer support. The support team is extremely responsive, friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they took the time to understand the issue and helped us find a solution quickly. We are very happy with both the app and the service. Shopney has made the whole process of creating and launching our mobile app much easier than we expected. Highly recommended for Shopify store owners!

They have been incredibly responsive through chat, no matter the time of day, and every question we've had has been answered quickly and clearly. We also had a one-on-one session with Yasmin, and she took the time to walk us through every detail until we were completely comfortable with the platform. Her knowledge of the app and her ability to explain everything in a simple, friendly way made a big difference. From configuring collections, product images, variants, search, the shopping cart, and other features, to integrating everything, the entire process has been surprisingly smooth. We were even able to complete a real purchase in test mode just two days after installing Shopney. This is an excellent app conversion platform. 1. They have a dedicated online chat window. Compared to many other apps (which mostly rely on email communication with slow response times), their customer service responded very promptly during our 20-day app rollout, helping us quickly understand the process and build the app. 2. For more complex layouts and customized needs, their customer service went all out to help us build the app. I give them 100 points. 3. There were no hidden fees; the monthly fee was transparent and open. The collaboration was very pleasant!

Been a lovely experience so far. Truly can't beat it for seamlessly setting up an app with its modular building style that translates straight from your existing store. There are some limitations depending what tier you purchase, but it's pretty comprehensive at the Gold Tier which is what we're trialing right now. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful. No complaints so far and look forward to building more with this.

I Just started using shopney so i dont really have much to say other than the support is very fast and excelent and shopney makes my store look very profecional and it adds very cool features like barcode scanner with the camera phone and other feature I yet need to explore.
