I have been using the Pickeasy app on my store for about 1 year and it has been great. I recently needed to update my store hours and Subi was very helpful in adjusting my holiday hours. I would recommend this app if your store offers local pick, delivery and shipping. Awesome!

I am not tech savvy and needed assistance with creating bundles on my store. A colleague recommended this app and I am so glad she did. I had the pleasure of working with Harsh and he was so patient with me. He guided my step by step and my bundle is now live and I am so happy. I just installed the app and while it showed that it was enabled, I did not see it on my store. I reached out to Live chat Help and Maria was quick and efficient . She had the app appearing in both the product and cart pages in no time. Great customer service!

I recently signed up for Omnisend after being frustrated with Klaviyo. Now, I'm not throwing shade, but as a novice and not tech-savvy, the learning curve for Kalviyo was just too steep for me. Since on Omnisend, I've created email campaigns, segments, several forms, and a few automation, YAY! Their customer service is also great. I recently worked with Agustin and Luiz who helped me create a particular automation that was challenging for me. Best of all, as a small business owner with a budding email list, and trying to keep my costs down, the pricing structure fits my pocketbook. I will definitely recommend Omnisend to small business owners.
