My shopify store has run the ShopKeeper Gift Card app for several years and I upgraded to their new Premium Gift Card app. This is a single app that combined the 2 I previously used, and it works EVEN BETTER! The scheduling option is cleaner and easier to understand for my customers. The overall use and more options to customize makes this app valuable increasing sales. ShopKeeper's customer service is outstanding and has always meet or exceeded my expectations in helping me install and design a custom gift cards. I highly recommend this app and the people that back it up.

UPDATE : Joian Z helped me with the incorrect email address on an order that was to be sent for the review. I very much appreciate the customer support I have received without after installing the app. Very professional, quickly handled and resolved the issue. UPDATE: Kenneth John helped me in integrating my brick and mortar with this as which makes this product even better! Professional customer service throughout. I signed up for the free version to try the app out and wasn't able to upload as easily as seemed. I contacted support and WOW - Ronel was amazingly helpful in handling the upload issue and walking me through every step. Very happy with the professional customer service and support. Because of this experience and tech specialist, I will certainly increase my plan level for more features as there is great customer service behind this app.

This has been a feature my customers have asked us to provided and I was thrilled to have this option with Shopkeeper GC Scheduler. Being a novice on web function, the team at Shopkeeper took care of everything for me. Absolutely stellar customer support and response time. Now my customers can plan ahead and shop early, while my business benefits from advance gift sales. Can't say enough good things about this app and the group behind it. Update Dec 21, 2022 - I am still loving this app and the people behind it! Four days prior to Christmas, I messed up something on my scheduler app and they had it fixed in less than 24 hours! I again cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend.
